These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NMG Drama app, website and related services provided by XINMEI JIUTIAN (HONG KONG) DIGITAL MEDIA CO., LIMITED ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before using the Services or making a purchase.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms to the extent an agreement can validly be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Purchases and optional features may be subject to additional terms shown before you confirm them.
You must meet the minimum age and content-rating requirements in your region and have legal capacity to enter into the agreement. If you are a minor, obtain the permission and supervision of your parent or guardian where required. Do not access content you are not legally permitted to view.
2. Accounts and account security
Where an account is required, provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not sell, lend or transfer your account, impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law. We may require proportionate verification or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect an account or the Services.
3. Viewing license and content availability
Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase conditions, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services and view content for your own non-commercial entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of videos, characters, music, artwork or other content.
Content, languages, pricing and features may vary by region, device and licensing arrangements. Titles may change or become unavailable. Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement, any remedies required by applicable law remain available. Network access and data charges are your responsibility.
4. Recharges, virtual credits and paid access
NMG Drama may offer recharges, virtual credits and paid episode access. The purchase screen must identify the product, price, currency, amount of credits or access, and any validity or usage restrictions before you confirm. Please check the account and product carefully.
Virtual credits, where offered, are a limited right to access eligible features within the Services. They are not a bank deposit, legal tender or an investment, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where applicable law or an expressly stated refund rule requires it. Any expiry or other material restriction must be disclosed before purchase.
Payment and entitlement delivery are subject to successful transaction verification. If a paid item is missing, contact nmgdrama@gmail.com with the order reference and purchase platform. Do not send full card details or passwords. We may correct erroneous or fraudulent transactions in accordance with law and the applicable platform rules.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Where a subscription is offered, the purchase screen will show its benefits, price, billing period, any trial or introductory offer, and whether it renews automatically. An automatically renewing subscription continues and is charged for the next billing period unless you cancel through the platform that bills you by its stated deadline.
For purchases billed by Apple or Google, manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple account or Google Play subscription settings. For any other billing platform, use the cancellation method shown at purchase. Uninstalling the app, logging out or deleting your NMG Drama account does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Unless the purchase terms or applicable law state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Trial conversion, price changes and changes to renewal terms are subject to advance disclosures, consent and other requirements of the billing platform and applicable law.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Refund requests are handled according to the purchase terms, the billing platform's rules and applicable consumer law. For Apple- or Google-billed purchases, use that platform's refund process; for other purchases, email nmgdrama@gmail.com with the order reference and reason for the request.
A cancellation does not necessarily refund charges already paid. Digital content that has been supplied or used may be subject to restrictions on cancellation or refunds only to the extent permitted by law and properly disclosed. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights concerning defective services, unauthorized charges, withdrawal or other statutory remedies.
7. Acceptable use
Do not copy, record, redistribute, publicly display or commercially exploit content without authorization; bypass payment, territorial or technical protection measures; use bots or scraping tools without permission; reverse engineer except as permitted by law; or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing purposes. Do not upload malware or illegal content, harass others, manipulate purchases or rewards, or submit personal information belonging to others without authorization.
8. Intellectual property and your submissions
The Services and their content, software, logos and design are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Rights belong to us or the relevant rights holders. No right to use a third party's likeness, brand or content is granted beyond the limited viewing license in these Terms.
If a feature permits you to submit content or feedback, you retain any rights you hold and must have permission to provide it. You grant us only the rights reasonably needed to host, process and display it for the feature you choose. Personal information remains governed by the Privacy Policy. Report suspected infringement to nmgdrama@gmail.com with sufficient details for us to investigate.
9. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, including purchase records, viewing activity and your available rights. It forms part of the information relevant to your use of the Services.
App stores, payment providers, linked websites and other independent third-party services may have their own terms and policies. These Terms do not replace those terms, and we are responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
10. Suspension, termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion by emailing nmgdrama@gmail.com or using an available in-app control. Cancel any separately billed subscription before deleting the account if you wish to stop renewal charges.
We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice, reasons and an opportunity to resolve the issue. The treatment of paid entitlements and unused balances remains subject to applicable law and the disclosed purchase terms.
11. Service changes and liability
We may maintain, update or change the Services and may need to interrupt access for technical or legal reasons. We will take reasonable steps to address disruptions and provide notice where practicable or required. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or unauthorized third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, warranty or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your region.
12. Governing law, disputes and changes
Subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply in your place of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Please first contact nmgdrama@gmail.com about a dispute so that we can seek a resolution. Nothing prevents you from bringing a claim before a court or authority available to you under mandatory local law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified appropriately and consent will be obtained where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter a completed purchase contrary to applicable law. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
